CLPCCD Discussion Board Terms of Use
This Discussion Board has been provided to encourage the free exchange of ideas by CLPCCD faculty and staff and to provide an alternative forum to the email system in the voicing of personal opinions. You are encouraged to participate in any of the ongoing discussions or to initiate new discussions (threads) on any topic which may be relevant or of interest.
These forums are not moderated; however, all terms of CLPCCD Board Policy 2311 apply. In addition, you agree to the following:
- Do not post content in any Board considered to be disruptive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- Do not impersonate another person on any Board;
- Do not disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in discussion thread or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;
- Do not intentionally violate any applicable local, state, law or CLPCCD Board Policy;
- Do not invade the privacy or violate any personal or proprietary right of any person or entity;
- Do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or similar rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, of any person or entity;
- These Terms of Use are subject to change without notice.
