Outlook Email System Status as of 3:45 PM, May 5, 2015

Between 2 - 3:30pm we were experiencing some authentication issues.  The issue has been resolved, so you should now be able to log on.  Please call the ITS Help Desk at 925-424-1715 if you are still unable to log into Outlook.

We are currently experiencing sporadic email outages in the process of resolving the system-wide issue.  Thank you for your patience.

Outlook Email System Status as of 4 AM, April 9, 2015

As of 4am this morning, all users should be able to log onto both the Outlook desktop client as well as via web access at the regular URL:  https://mail.clpccd.org

Please contact the ITS Help Desk at 925-424-1715 if you are still unable to log into Outlook today, April 9.

The Outlook email system is experiencing authentication issues and users on campus are unable to log onto the Outlook client.

Log on to Outlook Web Access (OWA) is sporadic at this time.

We are diligently working to correct the issue. We will update this webpage as soon as possible with any status updates.

If you have any problems logging onto Outlook (either via the client or OWA).

The Outlook email system has stabilized and users should now be able to log in either via the client or Outlook Web Access (OWA).

We are continuing to monitor the system.  Please contact us if you still have problems logging on.

The Outlook email system is experiencing authentication issues and users on campus are unable to log onto the Outlook client. Some users have been able to successfully log onto Outlook Web Access (OWA) as of 2pm today at  https://mail.clpccd.org

We are diligently working to correct the issue.  We will update this webpage as soon as possible with any status updates.
