ITS Banner Projects
District ITS coordinates with the Sungard Banner vendor on new system features that will be available in subsequent software product releases or new modules that will become available with new functionality. These new enhancements are reviewed with the Banner Chairs and User Groups representing Student, Financial Aid, Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll for potential applicability in the CLPCCD environment. The Banner User groups determine what projects they want to pursue and these projects are then routed to the Chancellor’s Cabinet for review and approval to add to the Banner Development Project List. District ITS developed a 5-year Strategic Plan which incorporates the Banner projects that are prioritized by the Cabinet and are scheduled accordingly for implementation.
