The Zone is available 24/7.  However, the CLASS-Web channels are only available:

Standard Hours of Availability: Monday through Friday 7am-11pm and Saturday 7am through Sunday 11pm

Weekends: service is not guaranteed; these services are sometimes down on a portion of the weekend for essential database maintenance; check with ITS prior to committing plans for weekend use.

Exceptions: On the last workday of the month, all cashier sessions are cutoff at 8pm.

Please email your request to "ITS Operations" (in Outlook).  Normally, reports will be available 24 hours following the request.
