Banner, CLASS & CLASS-Web
Standard Hours of Availability: Monday through Friday 7am-11pm and Saturday 7am through Sunday 11pm
Weekends: service is not guaranteed; these services are sometimes down on a portion of the weekend for essential database maintenance; check with ITS prior to committing plans for weekend use.
Exceptions: On the last work day of the month, all cashier sessions are cutoff at 8pm (Monday - Thursday) or 3pm (Friday or any day preceding a holiday.)
Local Area Network Services, GroupWise E-mail and GroupWise Web Access :
Standard Hours of Availability: 24/7
Exceptions: Monday - Friday between 10pm and 3am for system backup, service may be interrupted and client computers may be logged out during these hours.

Normally, reports will be available 24 hours following the request.
