The Zone is available 24/7. However, the CLASS-Web channels are only available: Standard Hours of Availability: Monday through Friday 7am-11pm and Saturday 7am through Sunday 11pm Zone Support email helpzone@clpccd.org or call (925) 424-1710 Weekends: service is not guaranteed; these services are sometimes down on a portion of the weekend for essential database maintenance; check with ITS prior to committing plans for weekend use. Exceptions: On the last workday of the month, all cashier sessions are cutoff at 8pm. |
