* Open Enrollment Periods for part-time faculty within the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District occur twice a year:
- A month beginning in early July and ending in early August: effective for the year September 1 - August 31.
- A month beginning in early November and ending in early December: effective for the period January 1 - August 31.
Notification is sent out to all part-time faculty via email. If, for some reason, a part-time faculty member does not receive the email, they can still access the letter on this web page by clicking on the "Open Enrollment Notice..." link above.
Part-time faculty must re-enroll in medical benefits every year. These benefits do not automatically continue.
